With the aim of strengthening ties between the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the local government unit (LGU), the officers-in-charge of LTO Lucena District Office and the Quezon Licensing Center recently paid a visit to the Mayor of Lucena City.

LTO District Office, Quezon Licensing Center Visit Lucena LGU
During their courtesy visit, Salamat and Librea talked about the LTO-LGU Interconnectivity initiative, according to a Facebook post by LTO REGION 4A CALABARZON. They discussed the benefits of connecting the LTO’s and the LGU’s systems, making LTO transactions faster and more efficient.
Furthermore, the LTO District Office and Quezon Licensing Center OICs explained the importance of public education on traffic rules, citing that it can help to improve road safety.
In response, Mayor Alcala expressed his support for the LTO-LGU Interconnectivity initiative, agreeing that improving connectivity and public awareness could benefit the residents of Lucena City.
Notably, this meeting marks a major step towards enhancing the LTO’s public service capabilities in Lucena City. Through these improvements, residents can expect more accessible, responsive, and efficient transport-related services from the LTO.
